Q: I've already pushed my classes but I need to change the days and times, where do I make this change?
A: For classes already pushed, make changes to days and times directly in PeopleSoft. Your changes will sync back into SPA overnight.
Q: Why am I getting an error message preventing me from Saving when I change section numbers?
A: You cannot change more than one section number before Saving. You need to change one section number, Save, change another section number, Save, etc. This is a PeopleSoft constraint.
Q: Why did the WTUs for my S-Factor classes change on reports like the Faculty Load (Term) report?
A: If the term is locked, the WTU calculation for S-Factor classes use the actual enrollment numbers displayed in the Enr column. Prior to the term being locked, the WTU calculation for S-Factor classes use the higher of the enrollment numbers in the Est and Cap columns.
Q: Why are my changes not being saved and or I get an error message when I change section numbers?
A: When changing section numbers, you have to change them one at a time and click on Save after each change. This is due to the way that PeopleSoft databases work.
